In order to use Cloudsurph's VPS console via your web browser you must add an exception to the link or lower your security settings to medium. Once this is done you should be able to access Cloudsurph's VPS console.
1. Open your Java console.
2. When the Java control panel is opened then select the Security Tab.
3. Set your security level to medium or select Edit Site List (recommended).
4. Copy the URL of your serial console window as a location and click on Add.
5. If you continue to have Java errors contact customer support.
